1. Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery services to the following areas:

  • Ho Chi Minh City and surrounding regions

  • For other locations, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM will typically be delivered on the same day (subject to product availability and delivery schedule).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

  • No deliveries are made on public holidays unless otherwise announced.

Note: Actual delivery time may vary depending on location, weather, and traffic conditions.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping for orders over 300,000 VND within supported areas.

  • A flat delivery fee of 30,000 VND applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Delivery Process

  • Once your order is confirmed, our team will prepare and package the products to maintain freshness.

  • You will receive a notification when your order is dispatched and out for delivery.

  • Our delivery staff will contact you before arrival.

5. Missed Deliveries

If you are not available to receive your order:

  • Our delivery team will attempt to contact you via phone.

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be canceled or rescheduled (extra fees may apply).

6. Product Inspection

Please inspect your items upon delivery. If any product is missing, damaged, or not fresh, notify the delivery staff immediately or contact us within 24 hours for assistance.
