1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if all the following conditions are met:
The item is unused, in its original condition and packaging.
You have a receipt or proof of purchase.
The item is not listed as a non-returnable item (see Section 5).
2. Return Process
To request a return:

We will respond with detailed return instructions and the return shipping address.
Please ship the item within 7 days after receiving our return approval.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
3. Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.
Please contact us in advance to request an exchange.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Gift cards
Downloadable software or digital products
Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, underwear)
Final sale or clearance items marked as “non-returnable”
6. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Double-check your bank account or credit card statement.
Contact your bank or credit card provider, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
