Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if all the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition and packaging.

  • You have a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • The item is not listed as a non-returnable item (see Section 5).


2. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. We will respond with detailed return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Please ship the item within 7 days after receiving our return approval.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).


3. Refund Policy

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.
Please contact us in advance to request an exchange.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, underwear)

  • Final sale or clearance items marked as “non-returnable”


6. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Double-check your bank account or credit card statement.

  • Contact your bank or credit card provider, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us using the information below.
